Sourcing African Cacao:
GEOGRAPHY
We source our cacao from carefully selected growers in East Africa and surrounding islands, specializing in Trinitario and Criollo varieties. By focusing on these regions, we ensure a higher-quality product, free from the diseases that plague other cacao-producing areas.
HANDS ON
Every batch of our cacao is hand-picked, processed in small quantities, and transformed into premium chocolate products. We even press our own cocoa butter from select beans, ensuring unparalleled flavor and quality in our couverture.
